Q. How can I access my custom folders with the new Multi-Search?

As of May 30, 2024, users with a MyEBSCOhost personal account will not see their custom folders (folders with custom names) in the new Multi-Search dashboard. This feature is expected to be available sometime in 2025.

In the meantime, you can still access your custom folders by using an EBSCOhost database with the classic user interface, such as ERIC or Academic Search Complete. You can find other EBSCOhost databases via GALILEO at this link.
