Q. Why can't I fill in my name on the Interlibrary Loan form?

Some patrons encounter this error in our Interlibrary Loan (ILL) requesting system ILLiad: the fields for first and last name are blank. The system won't let you fill in your name, and it won't let you make the request with blank spaces where the name should be. 

This is a known problem that we are investigating. If it happens to you, please call ILL at 706-542-0643 or email them at borrow@uga.edu and they will fix it. ILL is open Monday - Friday from  8:00am - 5:00pm.
