Q. How long will Access Services hold a pickup request for me?

After you submit a pickup request online for an item owned by the UGA Libraries, it generally takes one business day for staff to retrieve it. Once the item has been retrieved, it will be held for you at your desired pickup library for ten days. You will be notified by email when the requested item is available at the pickup location. Same-day pickup is not available for this service.
