All Georgia residents have access to premium GALILEO databases through their local public libraries, and some groups of users have access to additional GALILEO resources. Members of the public can get access to GALILEO by contacting their local Georgia Public Library or by logging into their PINES account.
Current UGA students, staff, and faculty have access to additional database subscriptions provided by the UGA Libraries, and they can log in to our databases with a UGA MyID and password here. Visitors to UGA can also access our databases by visiting the UGA campus and using a guest computer. Alternatively, visitors can bring their own laptop and use UGA's visitor wifi. Our contracts with database publishers do not allow us to extend remote access to anyone who is not a current UGA affiliate.
