If you had off-campus access to online library resources as an actively employed UGA faculty or staff member, you can retain those privileges after retirement.

Use your UGA MyID and password to access online library resources off-campus.

Your UGA MyID password must be up to date.

Your UGA MyID is the username and password that you use to log into UGAMail. Contact EITS at 706-542-3106 or eitshelpdesk.uga.edu if you need assistance with your MyID and/or password.

Effective July 2023, retirees must have used their MyID at least once a year to retain it. This can be done by logging into your email or any other system such as eLC. If you no longer have a MyID, please contact the Libraries' Access Services department at maincirc@uga.edu or 706-542-3256 to set up an alternative login to our online resources.

Should your MyID or alternative library login be active but you continue to have issues accessing library resources off-campus, please contact the reference librarians by chat, email, or calling 706-542-3251.
